Langham Hotel – Regent Street

An upgrade of the building services has been carried out throughout the building utilising specialist air supply terminals designed to fit in with the Palm Court’s historic appearance.

Royal Lancaster

At the Lancaster Hotel Kontrax were involved in the substantial refurbishment of the building including 411 guest rooms.

Sexy Fish

Kontrax have carried out the design of all of the building services design to the new Sexy Fish Restaurant in Mayfair.

The Savoy

Kontrax spent many years at the Savoy carrying out numerous designs, including the Lancaster Ballroom and the design of the AHU and circular grilles within the main revolving doors.

Claridge’s – Mayfair

Kontrax had the pleasure of working with renowned American interior designers Thierry Despont on the development of Claridge’s elegant foyer

The Berkeley

Kontrax were involved in extensive refurbishments including a 46 bed extension, some of which involved collaboration with designers Barbara Barry and David Collins.

Connaught – Mayfair

Kontrax’ involvement with the Connaught has included the refurbishment of the public areas and restaurants as well as full bar services design.

Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons – Oxford

Here Kontrax were called upon to replace the boilers , whilst again , maintaining supplies to the rooms.

47 Park Street – Mayfair

The works carried out at Park Street comprised a complete replacement of the air conditioning and ventilation, as well as a new electrical installation.

Marriot – Grosvenor Square

Kontrax was engaged to develop the full services design for the Michelin starred Maze Restaurant; a showcase for world renowned chef, Gordon Ramsay.
